A Call for Photo Entries - Enter our free, where did you place your “I Support Brain Injury Awareness Bumper Sticker” Challenge.
In recognition of June 2012 Brain Injury Awareness Month across (Canada) BRAININJURYFORUM.com is hosting a photo contest. Here is your opportunity to win one 1 of 20 “MAKING invisible VISIBLE” brain injury awareness t-shirts. Show everyone how you proudly displayed your bumper sticker to help advance greater awareness. *We are accepting all entries from across the globe, so don’t hesitate to share your photo and show your support for the invisible injury, survivors and the many families affected by one.
SUBJECT: Photographs must be of how you proudly and positively display your “I Support Brain Injury Awareness Bumper Decal” in your community. Any distasteful and/or inappropriate images / pictures will not be eligible for the challenge if you do. ***This could mean being placed on anything from a car or truck bumper, trailer, boat, and/or other vehicular equipment, clipboards, notebook lids and more – remember tasteful creativity is always appreciated. This opportunity is your chance to show off your creativity, sharing how you support, and proudly display your “I Support Brain Injury Awareness” Bumper Sticker.

ENTRY to our Call for Photo Entries is FREE. Entrants are welcome from across the globe. An eligible entrant must be an individual (businesses not permitted) and agrees to abide by all of our terms and conditions presented expressed here.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
Entrants are only permitted to provide one photograph (winners will be notified via email if you win) for this challenge. The photograph must be forward in jpeg format only. The photo must be either a digital photograph (jpeg) or high quality scan.
• The photograph submitted must be the entrant's own photo and creativeness.
• Please note that we reserve the right to edit photos as necessary for potential future use.
• By submitting your photo, you are stating that you took and own the photo as well as release it for use by BRAININJURYFORUM.com in any manner, without compensation to you.
• We will not publish your address or email address but will only use them to contact you regarding your photo.

There are three (3) categories. *When submitting, please indicate your applicable challenge category:
• Photo submitted by TBI Survivors
• Photo submitted by TBI Survivor Family Member
• Photo submitted by TBI Caregivers and/or Other
CONSENT
• Adults (18 years and older)
• Youth (13 years and under) - entrants must have the signed permission of a parent or guardian
Very important: Do not include your name written and/or imprinted on the submitted picture (i.e. in the frame or in the picture itself) or in the caption or title for the image. Any such submissions will not be eligible for the challenge if you do!
CONSENT & COPYRIGHT
The entrant must be the sole owner of the submitted picture. By entering your photograph into the challenge, you grant to BRAININJURYFORUM.com the non-commercial non-exclusive right to use your images for this challenge and for promotion of BRAININJURYFORUM.com project in any media. Should BRAININJURYFORUM.com wish to use submitted images for commercial publications - this will only be done with prior written consent of the photographer. The picture owner/submitter will be credited by name mention only whenever possible. Entrants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any person.
OUR RIGHTS
BRAININJURYFORUM.com reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of the terms and conditions set out. Should the quality of your entry fall below the standard requirements expressed here we reserve the right not award a prize. BRAININJURYFORUM.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point in time without notice.

BRAININJURYFORUM.com is not responsible for failure of receipt, loss or damage of any photographs entered in the competition.
